Formed a Law Firm under the name and style of ‘NKS Legal’ in year 2009, having six eminent associate advocates namely Shri B. K Mishra – 14 years’ practice, Shri S.K. Mishra – 8 years’ practice, Shri. Zakir Ali – 7 years’ experience, Ms. Kiran Chaudhari, Ms. Amrita Manchanda and Shri. Nilesh Patil.
Worked with a famous Law Firm “VINOD C. SAMPAT & CO. in Mumbai as an Advocate since April 2008 to Nov. 2009 especially in : Property law, Stamp duty & Registration, Real Estate Law, Co-operative law, Civil law, Criminal law, Consumer law etc.
Worked with a Law Firm “GOBINDRAM D. TALREJA & ASSOCIATES in Mumbai as Junior Advocate from August 2007 to March 2008, especially worked in : 138 of NI Act, Civil law and Legal compliances, PF /ESIC , Writ, Labour law, Contract Labour, Industrial Relations, Company affairs, Criminal law.
